* Talent (recruitment, on-boarding, career path and succession)
* Performance (leadership, KPIs, job descriptions, appraisal and disciplinary).
In my experience, having these three areas defined and well communicated are a great pathway to internal productivity and profitability.
I have highlighted in the attached graphic areas I can deliver directly. Others such as Employment Law, Regulations would need outsourcing to specialists, I have generic / practical knowledge so can (and would wish to) oversee the processes as and when required.
